At k-tracks Studio ("we", "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our audio processing tool.
1. What Information We Collect
We do not require registration or account creation to use the Service. However, we process the following data for technical operation:
- Audio Files: The files you upload to be processed.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and access timestamps (necessary for security and abuse prevention).
- Payment Data: If you make a purchase, processing is handled entirely by certified external providers (Stripe or MercadoPago). We DO NOT store nor have access to your full credit card numbers.
2. Use of Files and Temporary Storage
This is our main promise: Your files are yours.
- Processing: We use your files solely to run the source separation algorithms (AI BS-Roformer).
- No AI Training: Your files ARE NOT used to train our Artificial Intelligence models nor are they incorporated into any database.
- Automatic Deletion: All files (original and processed) are automatically deleted from our servers within a maximum period of 60 minutes. We do not keep backups of your content.
3. Service Providers (Third Parties)
To operate the Service, we share strictly necessary data with certified infrastructure providers:
- Modal Labs (USA): Cloud computing infrastructure (GPU) for audio processing.
- Stripe / MercadoPago: Secure payment processors certified PCI-DSS.
- Google Analytics (Optional): Anonymous website usage metrics (if implemented in the future).
These providers are subject to their own privacy policies and comply with international data protection standards.
4. Legal Compliance (Argentina & Global)
We comply with the National Law No. 25.326 on Personal Data Protection (Argentina) and respect the principles of the GDPR (European Union) for international users.
- Your Rights: As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, update, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us via the Support link.
- Control Authority: The Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the competent authority to address complaints and claims related to personal data protection in Argentina.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies in a limited manner:
- Essential Technical Cookies: Necessary for site operation (e.g., maintaining your upload session active). These cookies do not require prior consent under current regulations.
- We do not use invasive tracking advertising cookies nor share your data with ad networks.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no internet transmission system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
