Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Nature of the Service

k-tracks Studio is not a music store, nor a content distributor, nor does it offer a catalog of copyrighted works.

The Service is strictly defined as an audio signal processing technological tool. We provide temporary access to computing power (GPU hardware) and Artificial Intelligence algorithms so that the User can modify the acoustic properties (frequency, pitch, source separation) of their own files.

2. User Responsibility and Copyrights

By uploading an audio file to our platform, the User declares and warrants that:

• Is the legitimate owner of the file, or;
• Possesses the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to modify such work, or;
• The use given to the processed file falls within the legal exceptions of "Fair Use", "Private Copy", or educational/research purposes.

k-tracks Studio acts as a mere technical intermediary (processing service provider) and does not supervise, edit, or control the content uploaded by Users. The User assumes total legal responsibility for any copyright infringement resulting from the unauthorized use of protected material.

3. Temporary Storage and Privacy Policy

To protect User privacy and comply with data protection regulations:

• We do not create databases: Uploaded and processed files are NOT incorporated into any public catalog nor made accessible to third parties.
• Automatic Deletion: All files (original and processed) are stored temporarily only for the time necessary to allow download and are automatically deleted from our servers within a maximum period of 60 minutes.

4. Permitted Use

The Service is exclusively intended for personal, private, educational, or professional use (in the context of legitimate music production). It is strictly prohibited to use k-tracks Studio to:

• Create unauthorized copies of musical works for sale or mass distribution.
• Violate intellectual property laws of any jurisdiction.
• Any illegal activity or one that infringes on third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Warranties

The Service is provided "as-is". Although we use cutting-edge technology (BS-Roformer AI), we do not guarantee that the processing result will be perfect or free of artifacts in all cases, as this depends on the quality and mix of the original file provided by the User.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
